Issue defensible, fully-attributed intelligence record
Produce the intelligence record: 12 claims each linked to an originating sensor or document, two rejected alternatives with their reasons, confidence math exposed, and the whole record hash-chained. A reviewer can reconstruct the 'why' end to end.
Source attribution required on every claim; alternatives disclosed; append-only hash chain; reviewer can reconstruct the full decision path.
▸ rationale & rejected alternatives
An intelligence product the operator cannot interrogate is a product they cannot trust. Synthium attributes every claim to a source, shows the alternatives it rejected and why, and seals the decision in a tamper-evident chain — explainability and auditability are properties of the output, not a report written afterward.
Faster to read but un-auditable; an operator cannot challenge a claim they cannot trace.
A mutable log is not tamper-evident; it cannot anchor an after-the-fact audit.
